- A fuel surcharge may apply if off road diesel exceeds $3.00 per gallon

- Gratuities are customary, averaging 15-18% of package price.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable, cancelling (60) days prior to departure, your deposit will be forfeited or applied to an open date within one year of original booking date (an additional 10% deposit is required) (subjected to future rates if applied). Cancelling (45) days prior to departure, your deposit will be forfeited or applied to an open date within the seasonal year (an additional 10% deposit is required). Cancelling (30) days prior to departure, the deposit will be forfeited. If cancelling a pre- paid trip all monies will be returned less your deposits. If the Captain reserves option to delay departure or cancel your trip due to weather conditions. If mechanical problems prevent departure, we may delay for repair, reschedule or refund 100% of your monies.
